A 124-room Crowne Plaza that opened in June 2026 inside the Turkish Basketball Federation's Basketball Development Centre in Kazlıçeşme, next to Yedikule Fortress and the Theodosian land walls. It is built for meetings and events (a 240-seat conference hall plus 7 meeting rooms) and offers free on-site parking, but there is no pool or spa, and the surroundings are car-oriented rather than walkable.

Four Points by Sheraton Diyarbakir is a 99-room, four-star hotel that announced its opening for September 2026 in the Bağlar district. It offers King, Twin, double-Queen and suite accommodation, along with an indoor pool, spa, hammam, 24-hour fitness centre, restaurant and a small meeting room. Its proximity to Diyarbakır Airport and complimentary parking make it practical for business stays, although historic central Diyarbakır requires transport and the guest-review history remains limited.

Hampton by Hilton Eskisehir is a four-star city hotel that opened in September 2026 opposite Eskisehir City Hospital and beside the city's congress and exhibition centre. Hilton's official listing records 104 guest rooms and three meeting rooms, alongside complimentary hot buffet breakfast, covered parking, EV charging and a fitness centre. Its ring-road location is practical for business travellers and drivers, although the historic Odunpazarı district and central nightlife areas are more easily reached by car.

A 51-room conversion of a 1905-1911 insurance-company building on Karaköy's historic Bankalar Caddesi, opened in June 2026 as Vignette Collection's first hotel in Türkiye. Strong on location and service, but there is no on-site parking or pool and the spa had not yet opened at the time of checking.

A 93-room boutique hotel in the restored 1909 Generali Han on Karaköy's Bankalar Street, opened in June 2026 and part of Curio Collection by Hilton. Galata Tower is 280 m away and the Karaköy tram stop is a 3-minute walk; there is no parking or pool, and breakfast is usually charged separately.

Expect one of Istanbul's highest room rates and a location that relies on taxis, boats or the hotel's own transport rather than walking.

Canopy by Hilton Istanbul Taksim is the brand's first hotel in Türkiye, opened in December 2025 on Tarlabaşı Boulevard as part of the Taksim 360 regeneration project, about 300 m from Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue. It is a 110-room boutique-scale city hotel with free parking, a gym, sauna and a wine bar inside a 150-year-old cistern, but no pool; street-facing rooms pick up traffic and nightlife noise, so ask for a courtyard-facing room if you are a light sleeper.

Value for money is the weakest point in guest reviews; everything else scores highly.

Fairmont Quasar Istanbul is a 209-room hotel in the Mecidiyeköy business district of Şişli, opened in January 2017 inside the 41-storey Quasar towers on the site of a 1930s Art Deco liquor factory. Every room has a balcony, a 40-room Fairmont Gold floor offers lounge access, and around 2,000 m² of meeting space keeps the hotel business-oriented. Mecidiyeköy metro and metrobus are a short walk away, but the surrounding avenue is car-dominated rather than walkable, and the historic center is 30–45 minutes by car.
