Sources disagree on the distance to Kaşüstü beach: the hotel says 100 m, while booking sites quote anything from 0.4 to 1.3 km, so plan for a 10-15 minute walk. Sumela Monastery is roughly a 1-hour drive and Uzungöl about 90 minutes. The historic centre is not walkable from here; you will need a car or taxi.

Noise & sound insulation
Noise is not a recurring complaint across a fairly large review base, and a guest on an upper floor described the room as quiet. A single review mentions hearing bathroom water from the floor above and calls the ceiling insulation weak. The building sits on a corner plot facing a street with traffic, so light sleepers may prefer a high floor and, if possible, a side away from the road. Restaurant and common areas can get busy when sports teams are staying.
