The property is on Muratlı Street in Kaşüstü, within the Yomra district east of central Trabzon. Marriott places Kaşüstü Beach around 700 metres away and describes historic central Trabzon as approximately 7 km from the hotel. ETS lists Cevahir Outlet at about 800 metres and Trabzon Castle at 10.2 km, using straight-line distances. Expedia estimates an eight-minute walk to Cevahir Outlet and an approximately eleven-minute drive to Trabzon Meydan. The property occupies elevated terrain, making some short walks more demanding than the distances suggest. Regional sightseeing to Uzungöl or Sümela Monastery is more practical by car or organised tour.
