Opened in June 2025 inside the Tersane Istanbul waterfront development on the Golden Horn, Aliée is a 99-room Paris Society Collection hotel with stone-walled rooms in former shipyard buildings, a 4,000 m² spa and outdoor pools facing the water. Expect one of Istanbul's highest room rates and a location that relies on taxis, boats or the hotel's own transport rather than walking.

Opened in July 2025 in Üsküdar's Altunizade district, this all-suite Curio Collection hotel has 240 kitchen-equipped suites, a heated indoor pool and a 2,200 m² spa with hammam and sauna, about 5 minutes by car from the Bosphorus Bridge. It suits business travellers, families and long stays on the Asian side; the historic peninsula and Taksim are a 30-60 minute drive depending on traffic.

A 100-room Autograph Collection hotel opened in 2022 on Kemeraltı Caddesi between Karaköy and Tophane, a few minutes' walk from Galata Tower with the T1 Tophane tram stop about 50 m away. Rooms are compact at 20–25 m², but the basement spa with indoor pool, hammam and sauna is a genuine asset; there is no on-site parking and the hotel does not accept children under 12.

Canopy by Hilton Istanbul Taksim is the brand's first hotel in Türkiye, opened in December 2025 on Tarlabaşı Boulevard as part of the Taksim 360 regeneration project, about 300 m from Taksim Square and Istiklal Avenue. It is a 110-room boutique-scale city hotel with free parking, a gym, sauna and a wine bar inside a 150-year-old cistern, but no pool; street-facing rooms pick up traffic and nightlife noise, so ask for a courtyard-facing room if you are a light sleeper.

An 18-room boutique hotel opened in October 2024 inside a restored 1890s apartment-hotel building on a side street in Asmalımescit, Beyoğlu, two minutes on foot from Şişhane metro and the Tünel funicular. Most rooms have kitchenettes and the building doubles as a contemporary art space, but street-facing rooms can pick up late-night bar noise and early-morning refuse collection, and breakfast is charged separately on many rates.

A 68-room, three-star hotel in Arnavutköy's Karlıbayır district, roughly a 15-minute drive from Istanbul Airport, opened in 2022 under Wyndham's Trademark Collection before becoming a Days Inn. It works best for layovers and early departures rather than sightseeing, as central Istanbul is 45–50 minutes away by car.
