Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) is the closest airport, about 30 km away and roughly 40 minutes by car. Istanbul Airport (IST) is around 42 minutes or more by car depending on traffic. According to the official IHG page, the hotel does not run its own airport shuttle.

The hotel sits on Küçüksu Caddesi in Ümraniye's İnkılap neighbourhood, part of the Oryapark complex alongside residential and office towers and a small shopping street with cafés and restaurants. Akyaka Park and Canpark malls are roughly a 5–15 minute walk away. The nearest metro stop is Yamanevler on the M5 line, about a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive depending on the source, and there is a bus stop right outside. The Ataşehir financial district and Çamlıca Hill are about 15 minutes by car. For the old city and the European side's sights, plan on a taxi, and expect traffic to stretch the ride.

Breakfast is a buffet in the main restaurant, which overlooks the garden, and a Chinese breakfast is available on request. Lunch and dinner are served à la carte in the same space. There is a lobby bar, a Starbucks in the lobby and 24-hour room service. Whether breakfast is included depends on the rate you book; the Oryapark street next door has more cafés and restaurants.

Pool, spa & fitness

Spa Goa offers an indoor pool, sauna, Turkish hammam, steam room and massage and body treatments. One guest described the pool as small. The gym gets positive mentions in reviews.
