A 10-storey, 194-room hotel facing Konyaaltı Beach, linked to the sand by a tunnel under the coastal boulevard, with indoor and outdoor pools and a sizeable spa. It works best as a beach base; the old town is about 7 km away, so expect to drive or take taxis.

A 216-room, five-star convention and thermal spa hotel opened in 2012 in Bursa's Nilüfer district, about 50 metres from Odunluk metro station on the Bursa–İzmir road. Rooms start at a generous 37 m² and the natural thermal-water spa is the main draw, but the historic centre is a metro or taxi ride away and breakfast is often not included in the base rate.

It suits travellers who want a predictable chain standard, free parking and a spa as a base for touring Cappadocia rather than a cave-hotel experience; standard rooms are on the small side and English at the front desk can be limited.

A 336-room business and conference hotel next to the Viaport Asia mall in Kurtköy, a few kilometres from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. It works well for early flights, events and the Pendik–Tuzla–Gebze business belt, but it is roughly 29 km from central Istanbul.

A low-rise, 306-room seafront hotel in Florya, next to Istanbul Aquarium and Aqua Florya mall, with free parking and free guest access to the indoor pool, sauna, hammam and gym. It suits families, event guests and relaxed stays better than sightseeing-heavy trips, as the historic centre is roughly 20 km away.

Rooms are showing their age and the immediate streets are a car-repair district, with an uphill walk back to Osmanbey metro.

A five-star IHG hotel set inside a restored 1922 apartment complex in Laleli, a short walk from the Grand Bazaar and right by the T1 tram. A practical base for sightseeing on the historic peninsula, though entry-level rooms are compact.

A 133-room, six-storey IHG hotel opened in 2023, set a two-minute walk from Ortaköy Mosque and the Bosphorus shoreline, with a rooftop breakfast restaurant facing the Bosphorus Bridge. It has a spa and hammam but no pool, and breakfast and valet parking are usually charged on top of the room rate.

A 196-room, five-star IHG hotel that opened in October 2014 inside the Oryapark mixed-use complex in Ümraniye, on Istanbul's Asian side. It works well for business trips and events, with free covered parking and a large ballroom, but sightseeing in the old city means a long taxi or transit ride.

A 259-room IHG hotel on the waterfront of the Viaport Marina complex in Tuzla, on Istanbul's far Asian side, with 40 m² standard rooms facing the marina or the Sea of Marmara. It works well for business trips along the Tuzla–Pendik–Gebze belt, Sabiha Gökçen stopovers and families heading to Viaport's theme park and aquarium. There is no pool or spa, and the old city is roughly 44 km away.

A new 93-room, five-star business hotel 2 km from the TÜYAP Fair and Congress Center, with free parking, a spa with sauna and hammam, and a free fair-period shuttle to TÜYAP. There is no pool, and at roughly 38 km from the Old City it works far better for trade-fair trips than for sightseeing.
