Armada and Next Level malls are within walking distance; rooms are compact at 28–30 m² and reviews are mixed on heating and cooling control.

Mövenpick Diyarbakır is a 153-room hotel in the modern Kayapınar district of Diyarbakır in southeastern Turkey, opened in August 2023 in the building that previously operated as Divan Diyarbakır. It sits five minutes from the airport and a short walk from Ceylan Karavil Park mall, with an outdoor pool, hammam, spa and jacuzzis in every suite. The UNESCO-listed city walls and the old bazaar are 7–9 km away, and reviews are inconsistent on front-desk service and value.

Mövenpick Hotel & Thermal Spa Bursa is a 136-room thermal spa hotel in Çekirge, the historic hot-spring district of Bursa, a short walk from Kültürpark. The terraced 12-storey building has a thermal indoor pool, thermal hammam, Japanese garden and the Olympos rooftop restaurant with panoramic city views, plus seven meeting rooms for business and weddings. Centrally controlled air conditioning and cigarette smell in some rooms are the criticisms that recur in reviews.

The 12-storey hotel has the 5,000 m² Botanica Spa with an indoor pool and hammam, a 1,008 m² column-free ballroom and 20 meeting rooms, and the World Atlantis and Viaport malls are within walking distance. It is a frequent choice for layovers and airline disruption stays, though there is no free airport shuttle; a taxi takes 6–10 minutes.

Mövenpick Hotel Istanbul Bosphorus is a 257-room hotel on Barbaros Boulevard in Beşiktaş, an 8-minute walk from Zorlu Center, in a renovated 21-storey tower that previously traded as The Plaza and Mercure Istanbul The Plaza Bosphorus before relaunching as a Mövenpick in 2021. It offers 17 meeting rooms, a spa with indoor pool and hammam, the Hünkar Turkish brasserie and the rooftop Italian restaurant Da Vittorio with 360-degree views. Bosphorus views are limited to upper-floor 'Bosphorus' category rooms, and boulevard traffic noise is the main drawback.

A 229-room hotel opened in April 2024 on the Zeytinburnu waterfront, just outside the historic peninsula, with Marmara Sea views, a walkable Marmaray station and a 10-15 minute drive to Sultanahmet. Good value for business and family stays, but you are outside the tourist core.

A 185-room business hotel opened in 2008 on Cumhuriyet Square, within walking distance of the Kordon waterfront and Alsancak. Strong meeting facilities and a central location; the trade-off is boulevard traffic and compact bathrooms in some rooms.

The former Royal Axis Suites, rebranded as Mövenpick in August 2021, sits on the coastal road 3 km from Trabzon Airport with sea-facing rooms and some apartment-style units with kitchens. It is licensed as a 4-star property and the city center is 8 km away.

A former social security office in Unkapanı, converted with its historic facade intact and opened in late 2025 with 149 rooms. Süleymaniye, Zeyrek and Balat are walkable and Vezneciler metro is 10 minutes away; the main caveat is traffic noise on the Atatürk Boulevard side.

A small apartment hotel opened in January 2023 inside the Avrupa Konutları Çamlıvadi residential complex, with 65 units and 208 beds over eight floors. All apartments have balconies, full kitchens and forest or city views; Vadistanbul is minutes away by car and the airport 29 km. Without a car, movement is limited and the old city is 30 minutes away.

An apartment hotel opened in April 2024 with 164 fully equipped residences facing the Belgrad Forest in Vadistanbul, a 4-minute walk from Vadistanbul mall and 30 minutes from Istanbul Airport. Kitchens, an indoor pool and covered parking make it well suited to long stays; the old city is far and Rams Park match days affect traffic.
