A former social security office in Unkapanı, converted with its historic facade intact and opened in late 2025 with 149 rooms. Süleymaniye, Zeyrek and Balat are walkable and Vezneciler metro is 10 minutes away; the main caveat is traffic noise on the Atatürk Boulevard side.

Istanbul Airport is about 45 minutes by car and Sabiha Gökçen about 60 minutes. Marmaray from Yenikapı gives an easy rail link to the Asian side.

The hotel is on Atatürk Boulevard in Zeyrek, on the old-city side of the Unkapanı bridge. Vezneciler metro is a 10-minute walk, the Aksaray tram 13 minutes and Yenikapı Marmaray 20 minutes. Eminönü is 1.3 km, the Grand Bazaar 1.4 km and Fatih Mosque 900 m; the Zeyrek Çinili Hamam and the Valens Aqueduct are minutes away. Karaköy is a 15-20 minute walk across the bridge.

Breakfast & dining

Buffet breakfast runs 6:30-10:30 on weekdays and 6:30-11:00 on weekends, charged on some rates. There is a restaurant called Valens, a café and a bar, plus 24-hour room service. The Kadınlar Pazarı kebab houses are a short walk away.

Room types

149 rooms with rainfall showers, smart TVs, laptop-size safes and a minibar with some free items. Boulevard-facing rooms are brighter with city views but take traffic noise; ask for the rear side for quiet. Since the hotel is new, it is worth asking about room types and views at booking.

Noise & sound insulation

Traffic on Atatürk Boulevard and the Unkapanı bridge continues at night, so soundproofing matters for front-facing rooms. The rear side is calmer.
