Adnan Menderes Airport is 17-18 km away, 25-35 minutes by car, or reachable by İZBAN commuter rail via Alsancak station.

The hotel stands on Cumhuriyet Square, steps from the Pasaport ferry pier and a 5-10 minute walk to the Kordon and Alsancak. Konak Square and Kemeraltı bazaar are about 1.5 km, the port 2 km, Basmane station 2 km and the bus terminal 5 km. Fuar İzmir is a 20-minute drive.

Breakfast & dining

Breakfast is an organic-leaning buffet that guests rate among the best in the city. It is not included on all rates (about EUR 20 per person). Margaux Restaurant serves à la carte and there is a rooftop bar.

Room types

Of the 185 rooms, 17 are suites and around 36-38 are Executive; sizes run from 22 m² to 84 m². Standard rooms are compact at 22 m², and one guest notes a very tight shower cubicle. For bay views ask for a high floor on the boulevard side; inner-facing rooms are quieter but have no view. Accessible rooms are available.

Noise & sound insulation

Cumhuriyet Boulevard is a busy artery; windows are soundproofed but low floors on the boulevard side may still pick up traffic. The Kordon is lively in the evenings.
