It works well for business trips along the Tuzla–Pendik–Gebze belt, Sabiha Gökçen stopovers and families heading to Viaport's theme park and aquarium. There is no pool or spa, and the old city is roughly 44 km away.

An 80-room hotel on the E-5 side road in Maltepe, 100-120 m from Gülsuyu M4 metro with a direct line to both Kadıköy and Sabiha Gökçen Airport; opened in June 2021 as the first Days-branded hotel in Turkey. Hamam and sauna are a plus at this price point, but road noise on the E-5 side and the detached car park are known weaknesses.

Its proximity to Diyarbakır Airport and complimentary parking make it practical for business stays, although historic central Diyarbakır requires transport and the guest-review history remains limited.
