The resort sits in the Sarıgerme Tourism Centre, Ortaca district, where the Dalaman River meets the sea. Dalaman Airport is 20 km / about 20 minutes; Dalaman town 15 km; Dalyan 24 km / 40 minutes; Göcek 20 km / 30 minutes; Fethiye 58 km / 50 minutes; Marmaris 99 km / 1 hour 20 minutes. Sarıgerme village is 2 km away (10-20 minutes on foot, or use the hotel beach shuttle). A 2 km walking and running loop runs inside the grounds, and the Sarıgerme-Ortaca dolmuş stop is a short walk from the gate.

Ultra all-inclusive. Buffet breakfast in the Sarıgerme main restaurant runs 07:00-11:00 with an adults-only (16+) section, a children's section, vegan and gluten-free corners and fresh orange, grapefruit and pomegranate juice. Lunch 12:30-14:30, dinner 19:00-21:30, late supper 23:30-02:00. Six à la carte restaurants (Italian, Turkish, Chinese, Teppanyaki, Indian, Mediterranean) require booking and a €40 cover charge per person (€45 for Teppanyaki); children 0-6 free, 7-11 half price. A la Turca and Vela open only 1 May-30 September. Twelve bars, a patisserie, two snack restaurants and a beach snack outlet are included. Local spirits and selected imported brands are included; marked premium whiskies are free only 1 May-15 September. Guests praise food quality but note repetition and buffet queues in peak season.
