The hotel sits on Fevzi Paşa Boulevard in the İzzet Paşa neighbourhood, on the main road running through Erzincan. Hilton puts the city centre at 2 km; Tripadvisor measures it at 0.8 miles. The intercity bus terminal is 1.6-2.2 km away depending on the source, the train station 3.4 km (about 7 minutes by car) and Ermerkez shopping centre 2.2-2.6 km. Ekşisu picnic area is around 10 km, Ergan Mountain Ski Resort 15 km and Girlevik Waterfall about 34 km. There are more than 40 restaurants within roughly 1 km, a barbecue restaurant next door and a supermarket across the road. Booking.com guests describe the setting as the quiet edge of town, so a car or taxi is the practical way to get around.
