The realistic view
A 104-key Luxury Collection resort on its own small sandy cove in Boyalık, a short drive or walk from Çeşme town and marina, with spacious sea-view rooms, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool and a 1,400 m² spa. Guests consistently praise the design, rooms and location, while service consistency, limited open restaurants and high food and drink prices are recurring complaints.

The nearest major airport is İzmir Adnan Menderes (ADB), about 92 km by road per Marriott, usually 60–75 minutes via the İzmir–Çeşme motorway. Chios Airport (JKH) is only about 16 km away in a straight line but across the sea, reached by ferry from Çeşme port. There is no scheduled hotel shuttle; paid transfers can be arranged on request.
In Boyalık, on the İzmir–Çeşme road just east of Çeşme town. Çeşme bazaar is about 1.6 km away, the open-air theatre 1.5 km, Ayayorgi Bay 1.3 km and the castle and marina roughly 2–2.5 km. Boyalık public beach is a 7–9 minute walk, and the marina is a 5–8 minute drive. Alaçatı is a short drive; a rental car or taxis make exploring the peninsula easier.
The stay
Although the hotel sits on the main road, it faces the cove, and Tripadvisor sleep-quality ratings are high. The bigger risk is events: the resort hosts weddings, and one guest reported music outside their room until midnight plus pools and the restaurant closed for a wedding. Light sleepers should ask whether an event is booked during their stay.
Breakfast is excluded from some rates (from 40 EUR per person). Enhanced in-room internet costs about 2.84 EUR per day; Wi-Fi in public areas is free. Minibar, spa treatments and pool-bar drinks are expensive (one guest cites about 20 EUR for a beer). EV charging is 10 EUR per hour. Airport transfers are available for a fee.
Two outdoor pools (one heated to around 27 °C in cooler weather), an indoor pool, a children's pool and a whirlpool. Spa Reges covers 1,400 m² with treatment rooms, a traditional hammam, sauna and steam room; treatments need an appointment. The gym is open 24 hours. At one season opening, guests found the hammam and steam room not working and the heated pool not yet heated, so early-season visitors may want to check ahead. Spa pricing is considered steep.

Swissôtel Resort & Spa Çeşme is a 248-room beach resort on Ilıca Beach in Çeşme, İzmir, reopened in November 2023 after a full renovation of the former Sheraton Çeşme. It has a sandy private beach, indoor, outdoor and thermal pools, the 3,500 m² Pürovel Spa fed by Ilıca's mineral springs, a kids' club and ten meeting rooms. Alaçatı is 3–4 km away and İzmir airport about 85 km; high-season crowds and slow beach service are the recurring criticisms.
