The nearest airport is İzmir Adnan Menderes (ADB); sources put the road distance at 74-101 km, roughly an hour's drive via the motorway.

The hotel sits on Sakızlı Cove in Dalyanköy, roughly 4-5 km north of Çeşme town. Çeşme Castle is about 4.3 km away, Aya Yorgi Bay about 3 km and Alaçatı about 13 km. Kocakarı Beach is around a 17-minute walk, and Dalyanköy's fish restaurants are close by. There is no walkable town centre nearby, so plan on a car or taxis for Çeşme, Alaçatı and the coves.

Noise & sound insulation

The hotel is on a relatively quiet cove about 3 km from the Aya Yorgi clubs. No clear pattern of noise complaints turned up in reviews; some evenings feature live music.

Extra fees & things to know

Local drinks become chargeable after 23:00. Imported spirits, bottled and canned drinks, fresh juices, Turkish coffee, espresso, cappuccino and ice cream are not included. The minibar arrives empty and is stocked on request for a fee, and the snack bar charges between 23:00 and midnight. Promo rates cannot be cancelled or changed, and there is no refund if one guest leaves a family room or suite early.

Pool, spa & fitness

There are two seasonal outdoor pools, one for adults and one for children, plus a gym. The official site lists no spa, hammam or sauna. Loungers and umbrellas on the private beach are free, and outdoor areas may have reduced hours depending on the season.
