Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) is about 35–39 km away; 40–45 minutes by car. The Havaş bus goes to the Bodrum bus terminal, from where it is 10 minutes by taxi or dolmuş.
The hotel sits on a hillside at Bardakçı Koyu, just west of central Bodrum. Bodrum Marina and the castle are about 1 km away; 12–15 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by taxi. In summer, a sea taxi from the hotel's pier reaches the center in 5 minutes (about 200 TL per person according to 2025 reviews, varies by season). Gümbet–Bodrum dolmuş minibuses pass within 100 m of the hotel. The Bodrum windmills are a 10-minute walk. Bar Street (Cumhuriyet Caddesi) is about a 10-minute walk.
The stay
The hillside position and the bay keep it away from the nighttime noise of central Bodrum and Gümbet. However, the pool bar is open until 02:00; pool-facing rooms and the pool side of the club blocks may get music and conversation noise until late. Those wanting quiet should ask for the upper floors of the main building or the sea side. On wedding and event days (banquet capacity 350 people), the garden and pool area get crowded and loud. As the building is older, sound insulation is not at the level of newer five-star properties.
Breakfast is included in the room rate. The sea taxi is paid. Airport transfer can be arranged through the hotel for a fee. On Wyndham Rewards award nights, food and drink and additional charges for guests beyond 2 people per room are collected at the hotel. Dry cleaning and laundry are paid. In-room childcare is paid. 1 outdoor pool with sea view and a children's pool; no indoor pool. Fitness room, sauna and massage room are available; do not expect a full spa or Turkish hammam (some agency pages list a hammam, but the official site mentions only a sauna). The Blue Flag beach is 50 m long; sunbeds and umbrellas are free, and there are ladders from the pier into the sea. The games room has table tennis, darts and billiards.
