The hotel is inside the Ege Park mall complex on Mithatpaşa Caddesi in Balçova; Agora mall is 900 m, and the lower station of the Balçova cable car about 600 m. Fuar İzmir (Gaziemir) is about 7 km, around 10 minutes via the motorway connection. Konak/Kemeraltı center is 7-8 km; 20-30 minutes by bus along Mithatpaşa or by taxi. The Çağdaş tram-metro transfer point in Balçova is 650 m. İnciraltı Urban Forest is about 4 km. The seashore is a 15-20 minute walk, but the hotel has no beach.

Noise & sound insulation
The hotel is on the busy Mithatpaşa Caddesi and inside the mall building; street and motorcycle noise on the lower floors is a recurring complaint in reviews. Reviews on sound insulation are mixed. Meeting and event areas are on a separate floor from the rooms. For quiet, the upper floors and the side facing away from the avenue should be preferred.
