The nearest airport is İzmir Adnan Menderes (ADB), about 16-17 km; 25-30 min by car depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can take the İZBAN suburban train from the airport and transfer to Basmane.
The hotel is on Basmane Square, about 50 m from the entrance to Kültürpark/İzmir Fairground. Basmane train and metro station is a 200-250 m walk; the M1 metro line reaches most of the city without a transfer. The Agora Open Air Museum is about 800 m, Konak Square 1.6 km, the Alsancak-Kordon waterfront 1.5-2 km (5 min by car). Adnan Menderes Airport is 16-17 km, the bus terminal 7 km.
The stay
The hotel is on the busy Mürselpaşa Bulvarı and the lively Basmane Square; traffic and surrounding noise can be felt in lower-floor avenue-facing rooms. During fair and congress periods the hotel and lobby get noticeably crowded; for a quiet room, ask for the upper floors and the rear side.
Parking/valet is paid. Premium TV channels in the rooms carry an extra charge. Airport transfer is offered for a fee. Breakfast is not included in the price on some rates; check at booking.
The hotel has no outdoor or indoor pool, spa or hammam; wellness facilities are limited to a fitness room. Not a suitable choice for travelers who prioritize a pool or spa.
