The resort sits on its own cove in the Çark Beach / Port Alaçatı area, directly on the water. Çark Beach is roughly 700 m away (about an 8-minute walk) and Port Alaçatı Marina about 1.5 km. Alaçatı's old town centre is 5.5–6 km away (around 6 minutes by car), Çeşme town about 12 km, and the ancient site of Erythrai (Ildır) 11 km. Tripadvisor gives it a walkability grade of 39/100: beyond a few beach clubs and restaurants there is little within walking distance, so a car is recommended.

All-inclusive covers local alcoholic and soft drinks only between 11:00 and 23:00; everything is charged after 23:00. Imported spirits, bottled and canned drinks, fresh-squeezed juice, Turkish coffee, espresso, cappuccino and ice cream cost extra. The minibar is empty and restocked for a fee on request. À la carte restaurants require a reservation. According to Booking.com, children aged 18 and over are charged as adults.
Pool, spa & fitness
There are two pools, one indoor and one seasonal outdoor, plus a children's pool. The spa has a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and massage rooms, alongside a gym with cardio and fitness machines. The 200 m private beach mixes sand, decking and lawn, with a pier and a floating platform. A 2024 complaint reported the aquapark slides were closed, so ask ahead if slides matter to you.
