The hotel is in Güzelyurt, Esenyurt, close to the E-5 highway. Torium mall is about 1.3 km away (15-minute walk) and Marmara Park mall about 1.4 km (17-minute walk). Tüyap Fair and Congress Center is within a 15-minute drive. Hotels.com lists the nearest rail stations (Ispartakule, Küçükçekmece, Menekşe) as an 11-13 minute drive, and one guest says the metrobus is walkable. The historic peninsula and Taksim are a long drive away in traffic.

Noise & sound insulation

Rooms are marketed as soundproofed, but sleep quality is the lowest Tripadvisor sub-score. Light sleepers should ask for a room away from the E-5 side. In May 2026 one guest reported that parts of the building were still under construction.
