Noise & sound insulation
The rooms are marketed as soundproofed. Even so, several reviews mention thin walls, noise from the room above, and street noise loud enough to keep windows shut. Noise is also the weakest theme in Kayak's review summary. Light sleepers should ask for a quiet, higher-floor room at check-in.
