It is a practical, new-build base for trade-fair and business stays on Istanbul's western edge, with free parking, a small spa with hammam and sauna, and no pool — but it is far from the historic centre and early reviews flag weak bathroom lighting and cramped workspaces.

Istanbul Airport (IST) is about 56 km by road, roughly 50 minutes by car. Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) is much further. The hotel does not run an airport shuttle, so plan on a taxi, private transfer or public transport.
The official address is Mevlana, Esenyurt, just across the Beylikdüzü boundary and north of the D-100 (E-5) highway. Beylicium mall is about 300 m away (a three-minute walk), Marmara Park mall 650 m to 1 km, and Beylikdüzü Migros mall and Medicana International Hospital around 800 m. The Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre is about 3 km away, West Istanbul Marina 8 km, and Büyükçekmece beach and Kültürpark 7–9 km. Ispartakule rail station is roughly an 11-minute drive. The historic peninsula is around 34 km east, and rush-hour traffic makes that trip slow. This is a residential and retail district with plenty of places to eat nearby, but it is not a tourist neighbourhood.

Breakfast & dining
There is one restaurant (Cafe & Kitchen) and a bar (The Pause). Breakfast is a buffet; guests mention eggs, olives, cheeses, salads, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and orange juice. Weekend breakfast runs 07:00–11:00. Speciality drinks such as matcha cost extra. The Holiday Inn kids-eat-free policy applies, and the restaurant caters for halal, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.
Noise & sound insulation
The few reviews so far describe the hotel as generally quiet. Despite being close to the D-100 and mall traffic, there are no clear complaints about soundproofing yet, though the sample is still very small.
Extra fees & things to know
Wi-Fi and parking are free, and children eat free. Speciality coffees and teas at the bar are charged extra. There is no general complimentary shuttle; a free shuttle to Tüyap during trade fairs is mentioned only in a guest review and the hotel's reply.
