The realistic view
A 109-room city hotel on the Bursa road at Yalova's western edge, about 1.4 km from the ferry terminal. Suits shipyard and industry visitors and weekend travellers arriving by ferry; a hamam-sauna health club and free hot buffet breakfast are the draws, while there is no pool and the open car park holds only about 10 cars.

The Atatürk Horticultural Research Institute is a 7-minute walk, the Yürüyen Köşk about 2.2 km, and Star mall a few blocks away. The Yalova University campus and Setur Yalova Marina are in the immediate area. Istanbul is reached two ways: by İDO/ferry to Yenikapı-Pendik, or by road over the Osmangazi Bridge. The Termal district is 15-20 minutes by car, Bursa about 60-70 minutes.

Yeni Bursa Yolu is an artery carrying intercity traffic; vehicle noise can be heard in road-facing rooms. The rear side is noticeably calm. Events in the hotel's 115-person meeting room and semi-open dining area can create activity in the common areas on weekends.

It works best for business travellers and drivers; the surroundings are not walkable, breakfast is usually extra and there is no airport shuttle.
