The open-buffet breakfast features regional products, pastries and a hot station, and reviewers find it generous; the Lobby Café serves snacks and desserts from morning until midnight, and the à la carte restaurant operates at lunch and dinner. One case is recorded of dinner service being restricted during a busy group period; reserve a table in advance for important evenings. For Adıyaman çiğ köfte and besni tava, the bazaar restaurants are within walking distance.

118 non-smoking rooms, ranging from standard king/twin rooms to apartment-style suites with a kitchen area, fridge, sink and washing machine; for long stays the suites are by far the sensible choice. Flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, safe, ironing set and air conditioning are standard; rooms are found spacious and quiet. A crib can be added but no extra bed is provided, so do not plan for a 3rd adult. The street side may have some neighborhood activity during the day; ask for the upper floors.

Central but on a side street, so nights are calm; reviews are positive about the quietness of the rooms. The main risk is wedding and group event evenings; ask about the calendar when booking. Groups leaving at night for sunrise tours can create early movement in the corridors.
