The realistic view
A 377-room, five-star convention hotel opened in 2015 in the same complex as Pullman Istanbul; together they offer 780 rooms, 55 meeting rooms and a 1,680 m² plenary hall. Two kilometres from CNR Expo and Istanbul Expo Center and 600 m from Kuyumcukent. Rooms are a generous 30 m² but worn, and its Tripadvisor rating (2/5) is among the lowest on this list.

Loyalty programme
The official ALL property page (9428) flags the hotel as participating, listing points earning, redemption, member advantages and the Members' rate. The contact email belongs to the adjacent Pullman and the restaurant text still mentions the old 'Mercure Istanbul Yesilkoy' name; identity is clear from RID and address.

Rail transit · 489 m
Istanbul Airport (IST) is 38-40 km, about 40 minutes by car. Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) is 60 km or more, around 90 minutes.
In Yenibosna, right beside the former Atatürk Airport. Istanbul Expo Center is 1.9 km, CNR Expo 2.3 km, Kuyumcukent a 600 m walk, Mall of Istanbul 8 km, Florya seafront 6 km. Yenibosna metro (M1) is about 1 km; Ataköy-Şirinevler metro is 7 minutes by car. Taksim and Sultanahmet take 30-45 minutes depending on traffic.
The stay
Buffet breakfast from 6.30 am in the Mercure Istanbul Yesilkoy restaurant; guests note slow table clearing and an average selection. Lunch from 11 am and dinner from 6 pm; the English Pub and a second bar are reasonably priced. Conference dinners reportedly come with only a jug of water.
369 Superior rooms (30 m², double or twin, sleeps three) and 8 Superior Suites (62 m² with a separate sitting area). All are soundproofed with city views, and the mattresses and pillow menu get consistent praise. Wi-Fi is weak in end-of-corridor rooms and key-card faults have been reported on upper floors, so ask for a mid-floor room near the lifts.
The former Atatürk Airport is adjacent; passenger flights ended in 2019 but cargo and private flights continue. During fairs the lobby and restaurants are crowded, and the convention floor can be loud on wedding nights.
Airport transfers and spa treatments are charged. Congress packages may exclude drinks. Payment disputes with booking sites have needed the manager's intervention, so keep your third-party confirmation to hand.

Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center is a 403-room convention hotel in Yenibosna, Bahçelievler, on Istanbul's European side, five minutes by car from CNR Expo and the Istanbul World Trade Center. With close to 50 meeting rooms and the 1,750 m² Skylight Hall it is one of the city's largest event venues, and airlines routinely use it for cancelled-flight accommodation. It sells out during trade fairs, and Sultanahmet and Taksim are 13–15 km away, so it is a business and airport base rather than a sightseeing hotel.
Istanbul · Bagcilar · ★★★★★
A 307-room five-star convention hotel in the Basın Ekspres business district, with residence-style rooms for longer stays and extensive meeting space.
Istanbul · Bahcelievler · ★★★★
A 217-room, 19-floor Hilton Garden Inn that opened in January 2015 in Yenibosna, on Istanbul's Basın Ekspres business corridor, with free covered parking, an indoor pool and a metro station about 350 m away. Despite the name, the working airport (IST) is 35 km away and the hotel runs no airport shuttle, so it suits business in Güneşli–İkitelli far better than a quick layover or a sightseeing trip.
