With close to 50 meeting rooms and the 1,750 m² Skylight Hall it is one of the city's largest event venues, and airlines routinely use it for cancelled-flight accommodation. It sells out during trade fairs, and Sultanahmet and Taksim are 13–15 km away, so it is a business and airport base rather than a sightseeing hotel.

Yenibosna M1 metro is a 5–7 minute walk; Sultanahmet via Zeytinburnu takes 35–40 minutes. CNR Expo is 2 km, the World Trade Center 3 km. The E-5 highway runs right alongside, and the former Atatürk Airport site is 4 km away.

Breakfast & dining

Breakfast is a large buffet and is well reviewed, though crowded on fair mornings. The hotel has the wine-focused Vinoteca, the Avenue restaurant and a lobby bar; good restaurants within walking distance are few.

Room types

Superior rooms are standard and compact; Executive and Deluxe rooms add lounge access. Upper floors of the 12-storey building are further from highway noise. Some reviews say the air conditioning struggles on hot summer days.

Noise & sound insulation

Lower rooms facing the highway pick up traffic noise. During fairs and conferences the lobby, lifts and breakfast room are crowded.
