Opened in December 2011 as Turkey's first Hampton, this 79-room, 3-star hotel sits one block from the beach in Ordu's Akyazı district, about 10 minutes by car from the city centre. Breakfast, Wi-Fi and open-air parking are included; rooms are compact at around 21 m², and the outdoor pool still shown on some booking sites has reportedly been removed.

The nearest airport is Ordu-Giresun Airport (OGU), about 21 km and roughly 20 minutes by car according to the hotel. There is no hotel shuttle. Samsun-Çarşamba Airport is 134 km away and Trabzon Airport 177 km.

The hotel is in the Akyazı neighbourhood, one block back from the Black Sea shoreline. Sahil Çamlık picnic park is about 130 m away, Ordu University's Akyazı campus 170 m, and the municipal public beach roughly 570 m. Restaurants such as Tomur Cafe and Big Chefs are a 2-5 minute walk. Ordu city centre and the lower station of the Boztepe cable car are about 3 km away, around 10 minutes by car; walking to the centre is not practical, so plan on a taxi or your own car. Ordu bus terminal is about 7 km away.

Breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking are included in the rate. Food outside breakfast, all drinks, dry cleaning and ironing are charged. Rollaway beds carry a surcharge, while cribs are free. Children up to 18 stay free in a parent's room when using existing bedding, but children's meals are charged separately on meal-inclusive packages. The hotel does not provide airport transfers, so budget for a taxi or rental car.

Pool, spa & fitness

Facilities are limited to a small fitness room with treadmills, a bench and dumbbells. There is no spa, sauna, hammam or indoor pool. An outdoor pool is still listed on some booking sites, but it does not appear in Hilton's current amenity list, and a guest review from May 2024 states that the pool was removed and replaced with a function hall. For swimming, the municipal public beach is about 570 m away.

Fair warning for Black Sea swimming: the season runs roughly July-September with changeable seas, and road noise on highway-facing rooms is the one structural flaw.
