Several guests note that staff carried their bags down to the taxi at check-out.

The stay

Editor's notes

Extra fees & things to know

Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included, and there is no resort fee or parking charge. Smoking in a non-smoking room or in common areas triggers a EUR 200 cleaning and disinfection fee. Laundry, ironing and the meeting room cost extra. Airport transfers are not a hotel shuttle; they are arranged on request for a fee. One guest reported being overcharged by mistake at check-out and refunded immediately, so check your folio before leaving.

Pool, spa & fitness

There is no pool, spa, hammam or sauna. A small free fitness room is open 24 hours, and guests find it adequate for a daily workout. For a hammam, the historic Cağaloğlu Hamamı is about a five-minute walk away.
