Istanbul Airport (IST) is about 44 minutes by car and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) about 58 minutes; allow considerably more at peak traffic. The hotel has no airport shuttle. According to one guest review the airport bus stop is across the boulevard, but crossing via the underpass takes 10-15 minutes with luggage.

The hotel is on Sorguççu Street in Aksaray. The Yusufpaşa stop on the T1 tram is about 3 minutes on foot, the Aksaray tram stop 6 minutes, and both Aksaray metro station and the Yenikapı interchange around 7 minutes. The T1 reaches the Sultanahmet area in a few stops. On foot, Bodrum Mosque is 0.6 km, Beyazıt Square and Fatih Mosque 1.4 km, and the Grand Bazaar 1.7 km (about 20 minutes). The surrounding streets are full of restaurants, supermarkets and a laundromat aimed at locals, so prices are lower than in Sultanahmet, but English is less widely spoken.

Noise & sound insulation

Most reviews describe the hotel as quiet and the sleep-quality sub-score is high. There is, however, an isolated complaint about a street-facing room where the window did not close properly and noise disturbed sleep. Light sleepers can request a higher-floor, rear-facing room. One review notes the air conditioning switches off on a timer after a few hours.

Breakfast and Wi-Fi are included. Smoking in a non-smoking room incurs a fee of up to USD 250.
