Elazığ Airport (EZS) is the nearest, 11-12 km away and about 20 minutes by car. Hilton lists no hotel shuttle, while booking sites mention a paid private transfer on request, so a taxi is the simplest option.

The hotel sits on Vali Fahri Bey Street in the Nailbey neighbourhood of central Elazığ. Hilton puts it 100 m from the city centre and within five blocks of the covered bazaar and İzzet Paşa Mosque; Cumhuriyet Square is about 450 m away and Elazığ railway station roughly a 17-minute walk. The Archaeology and Ethnography Museum is 2.8 km, Harput Castle 7 km (9-10 minutes by car) and Lake Hazar about 34 km (30-35 minutes by car). More than 30 restaurants and cafés lie within 500 m, but you need a car or taxi for Harput and the lake.

The spa floor has an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, Turkish bath, hot tub and one treatment room, and the gym is open 24 hours. The pool is small and not dependable: guests in March and July 2026 found it broken or closed, a 2023 guest found it too cold to swim in and it was under renovation in 2022. If the pool matters to you, call the hotel before booking to confirm it is working.
