Four Points by Sheraton Diyarbakir is a 99-room, four-star hotel that announced its opening for September 2026 in the Bağlar district. It offers King, Twin, double-Queen and suite accommodation, along with an indoor pool, spa, hammam, 24-hour fitness centre, restaurant and a small meeting room. Its proximity to Diyarbakır Airport and complimentary parking make it practical for business stays, although historic central Diyarbakır requires transport and the guest-review history remains limited.

Opened on 21 October 2025, Four Points by Sheraton Elazig is a four-star city hotel next to Elysium Park shopping centre. Official provincial tourism records list 141 rooms, while the property offers an indoor pool, spa, hammam, sauna, fitness centre, restaurant and three meeting rooms. Its convenient shopping access and complimentary parking suit business and short city stays, although breakfast and selected wellness services may cost extra.

A 173-room Marriott business hotel opened in 2021 on Cendere Avenue in Kağıthane, within walking distance of Axis Istanbul mall, with free on-site parking, EV charging and meeting space. There is no pool, breakfast is usually extra, and the area suits drivers and business visitors better than sightseers who want to walk to the old city.

A new 160-room Marriott property in Pendik, a short drive from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, built for overnight connections and business trips to the Asian-side industrial zones rather than sightseeing. There is a gym and meeting space but no pool or spa.

Accommodation ranges from compact King and Twin rooms to two-bedroom lofts for up to four adults, with an outdoor pool, restaurant, business centre and complimentary parking. It is better positioned for Görükle and nearby industrial districts than for sightseeing in historic central Bursa.

A new Four Points Flex by Sheraton in Arnavutköy, about 14.9 km by road from Istanbul Airport, with a restaurant, bar, free gym and business centre. There is no parking, airport shuttle, room service or free breakfast, so it suits car-free travellers on short stopovers.

A 42-room, no-frills Marriott property a few minutes' walk from Taksim Square, reopened in 2024 in the former Senator Hotel building. Location and transport links are the main draw; rooms are compact and street-side rooms can be noisy at night.
