Chain Hotels in Rize

A new 88-room hotel on the eastern Black Sea coastal road in Fındıklı's centre, beside the sea and Atatürk Park - at 4.8 on Google, the highest guest score in this batch. It serves Rize-Artvin Airport (30 km) travellers and Batumi-bound routes (Sarp gate ~50 km); the tidy public beach out front, spacious modern rooms and a local-leaning breakfast draw the praise. The kit is deliberately lean - gym, games room, à la carte restaurant, one meeting room; no pool, hamam or spa. Two noise caveats: thin room-to-room isolation, and summer concerts in the adjacent park running to midnight - rooms on the taxi-stand side are quieter.

A 15-storey, 290-room hotel 50 m from the sea on Rize's western Gündoğdu-Engindere industrial strip - the Temizel-owned property is the city's first and only international-brand hotel. Twelve meeting rooms, a 550-seat auditorium and a 350-seat ballroom fill the eastern Black Sea's congress gap, while the 5,000 m² spa (gender-separate hamams and saunas, shared indoor pool) doubles as a recreation centre for locals. The trade-off is location: the centre is 5 km away with nothing walkable nearby, though it makes an ideal drive-out base for Ayder and Çamlıhemşin.
