Facilities include a 12-metre thermal pool, a 15-metre indoor pool, a sauna, a steam room, massage rooms, an ice fountain, and two hammams (one mixed and one women-only). The gym covers about 250 m² and overlooks the pool. Some listings also show an outdoor pool. Private VIP thermal rooms with their own sauna, pool and hammam cost extra. Sources give the spa area as anywhere from 3,500 to 5,000 m². Isolated reviews criticised thermal pool cleanliness and a VIP room being closed for maintenance.
