- Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 to 11:00 at the rooftop Mezzepotamia restaurant, which overlooks the Old City. It is not a buffet: guests choose a Turkish, American or healthy set breakfast served to the table, with à la carte extras such as waffles, pancakes and porridge. The Turkish breakfast is very generous. Breakfast is included only on breakfast rates or for Bonvoy Platinum Elite members and above. The lobby has a coffee bar, and Occident Patisserie serves pastries and desserts.

- Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served as an open buffet at the Zümrüt Main Restaurant; there is also the Sapphire A la Carte Restaurant, the Golden Lobby Bar & Patisserie and, in summer, a pool bar. An extra charge may be applied on site for breakfast not included in the stay; guest reviews generally like the buffet, while coffee quality is a point of criticism.

- The open-buffet breakfast is served with a view in the rooftop Golden Roof restaurant; reviews find the variety generally good, and omelets are made to order. The hotel has a second restaurant, lobby bar, snack bar and a Starbucks at the building entrance. Whether breakfast is included in the rate can get confused at check-in; have your booking document confirmed on arrival.
