The hotel is west of Silivri, in the Çanta/Kınalı area, about 13 km from central Silivri. The Gümüşyaka public beach on the Sea of Marmara is about 500 m, a 10-minute walk. Istanbul city center is about 1 hour by car, the historic peninsula 73 km. Since it sits between the Silivri, Çorlu and Çerkezköy industrial zones, it is practical for factory and company visits in the region; public transport access is weak, so a car is essential.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served as an open buffet at the Zümrüt Main Restaurant; there is also the Sapphire A la Carte Restaurant, the Golden Lobby Bar & Patisserie and, in summer, a pool bar. Noise & sound insulation

Since the hotel is away from the main settlement, surrounding noise is low; however, in summer weddings and events are held by the outdoor pool, and on those dates there may be evening noise in rooms facing the garden and pool. Some guest reviews mention corridor noise from other guests.
