The realistic view
A roughly 110-room city hotel in Tepebaşı, opened in late 2014 as Divan Express Eskişehir and now operating as a Ramada Plaza, directly across from the Özdilek mall. It suits business trips and short city breaks thanks to its seven event rooms and free on-site parking, but there is no pool or spa and guest opinions on breakfast and parking are mixed.

Espark mall is about a 15-minute walk and Eskişehir railway station roughly a 16-minute walk (older Divan-era listings put the high-speed train station at 2 km). The historic Odunpazarı houses and Sazova Park are around a 4-minute drive, with Odunpazarı roughly 4 km away. Acıbadem Hospital is within walking distance, and the surrounding streets are full of cafés and restaurants.
The stay
One guest described the hotel as quiet with no noise from neighbouring rooms, while another reported loud music late at night from a venue on the road side. Light sleepers may want to request a room away from the street.
