The realistic view
A 169-unit aparthotel in the Vadistanbul development in Sarıyer, opened in 2019, where every apartment has a full kitchen, washer-dryer and balcony. It suits families and long stays near Maslak and Vadistanbul Mall, but sits well north of the historic centre and charges extra for breakfast on most rates.

Istanbul Airport (IST) is about 35–40 minutes by car and Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) 50–55 minutes. The hotel arranges paid transfers on request (EUR 100 per vehicle one way).
On the Vadistanbul boulevard in Ayazağa. The official site puts Vadistanbul Mall at 620 m, RAMS Park at 1.1 km and UNIQ Istanbul at 1.7 km, and the hotel runs a free buggy to the mall. Vadi Istanbul rail station is about an 8-minute walk and Seyrantepe station a 4-minute drive. Taksim Square is 8.4 km, Galata Tower 9.8 km and the Blue Mosque 11.9 km; Sirkeci is roughly 30 minutes by car. The TEM motorway junction is about 400 m away.
The stay
The development is largely residential, family reviews often mention how quiet it is, and the property lists soundproofing. The exception is the motorway-facing side, where one guest complained of heavy traffic and air-conditioning unit noise.
Breakfast is extra on most rates (about EUR 28 adult, EUR 20 child). A EUR 200 damage deposit is taken before check-in, and the property accepts cards only, no cash. The airport shuttle costs EUR 100 per vehicle one way (max 4 people). Early check-in and late check-out are charged. One child aged 12 or under stays free using existing bedding.
The 1,000 m² fitness and wellness area has an indoor pool, a children's pool, sauna, steam room and a 24-hour gym. The pool is open 9 am to 6 pm, under-18s are not allowed in the spa, and treatments must be booked ahead. One guest found that the sauna and steam room had to be booked in advance; another criticised pool and shower cleanliness.
