Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) is 11 km away, about 15 minutes by car depending on traffic. Istanbul Airport (IST) is 92 km away, at least an hour by road. The hotel does not run its own shuttle.

The hotel sits right on the D-100 (E-5) highway in Çamçeşme, on the business and industrial corridor between Kartal and Tuzla. Pendik Marina is about 3 km away, Pendik ferry port around 10 minutes by car, Pendorya Mall a few minutes' drive and Viaport Asia 14 km. Central Istanbul is roughly 34 km away. The official site lists Tavşantepe metro and the Kaynarca and Pendik Marmaray stations as the nearest rail links but gives no walking distances, and most guests rely on taxis. Reviewers repeatedly note there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance.

Because the hotel is on the D-100 highway, traffic noise comes up in reviews, though guests say it is largely blocked with the windows closed. Sleep quality is the lowest of the hotel's Tripadvisor sub-ratings. The ballroom hosts weddings and large events, so public areas can get busy on those days.

Extra fees & things to know

Wi-Fi is free only for Marriott Bonvoy members; membership is free and can be set up when booking. Valet parking is €10 per day. M Club lounge access is chargeable unless you hold Platinum status or above. There is no hotel shuttle; the paid transfer listed on the official site costs €70 one way to Sabiha Gökçen and €170 one way to Istanbul Airport. Breakfast is not included on every rate. One reviewer reported being overcharged by the taxi rank near the hotel, so booking a taxi through an app may be safer. Check-in is 15:00, check-out 12:00, and the minimum check-in age is 18.
