Istanbul Airport (IST) is about 24 km away, 25–30 minutes by motorway in light traffic. Sabiha Gökçen (SAW) is about 46 km, 60–90 minutes. The hotel does not run its own airport shuttle; taxi or the Havaist bus are the options.

The hotel sits inside the Mall of Istanbul complex with an indoor connection to the mall. Masko metro station (M9 line) is right outside; Ikitelli Sanayi, the interchange with the M3, is about 1 km north. Sultanahmet and Taksim take roughly 50–70 minutes by metro with a change, or 45–75 minutes by car depending on traffic. The hotel is next to the O-7 (TEM) and E-80 junction, and the mall approaches get congested at peak times.
