Paris Society Collection is a small luxury collection brand launched by Accor under its Ennismore umbrella in 2025, bringing the food, nightlife and events know-how of the Paris Society restaurant and club group into hotels. It is not a standardised chain format: each hotel runs on its own identity, with high-profile dining and social life as the common thread.
Rooms vary from property to property; as a collection there is no single room type or fixed amenity list, but the positioning is upper-tier luxury and rates sit in the most expensive band of whichever city the hotel is in. The brand's real emphasis is on restaurants, bars and events; breakfast and dinner are served in venues that also draw outside guests, which means a busy, social atmosphere. Aliée in Istanbul is the only representative in Turkey, and with the collection so new and so small it is too early to speak of an established local way of doing things. Suits couples and city travellers who want dining and nightlife at the centre of a stay; not the first choice for those after quiet or a predictable chain standard.

Opened in June 2025 inside the Tersane Istanbul waterfront development on the Golden Horn, Aliée is a 99-room Paris Society Collection hotel with stone-walled rooms in former shipyard buildings, a 4,000 m² spa and outdoor pools facing the water. Expect one of Istanbul's highest room rates and a location that relies on taxis, boats or the hotel's own transport rather than walking.
