- Buffet07:30–10:00
- Note
- Buffet breakfast runs roughly 7:30–10:00. Hilton shows breakfast as an extra charge while Turkish agencies sell bed-and-breakfast rates, so whether it is included depends on the rate. There are two restaurants and a lobby bar; room service costs extra. Guest comments describe the breakfast spread as varied.
- Ramada by Wyndham Sivas
Ramada by Wyndham · Sivas · ★★★ · 8.1

- Buffet07:00–10:00
- Note
- The open-buffet breakfast is included in the rate and served from 07.00 to 10.00; guest reviews consistently praise its quality and variety. The Lilyum restaurant serves lunch and dinner, the Jasmine Café & Bar is open all day, and there is 24-hour room service. Service organization on the restaurant side is uneven: the absence of water on the table, charging for water, and paper-cup service are criticized in reviews. For Sivas köfte and katmer, the tradesmen's restaurants in the center are 10 minutes by car.
