The realistic view
Sheraton Grand Adana is a 240-room, five-star riverside hotel that opened in 2013 on the Yüreğir bank of the Seyhan River. Older Tripadvisor and accommodation descriptions still reference Adana Şakirpaşa Airport at around 4-5 km; these older distances should not be used as the primary reference for current scheduled-flight access.
The hotel stands on the eastern bank of the Seyhan River in Sinanpaşa, Yüreğir. Google Hotels estimates walking times of around 14 minutes to Merkez Park, 17 minutes to Taşköprü and 19 minutes to Sabancı Central Mosque. Expedia places Akıncılar metro station approximately 15 minutes away on foot. Bridges provide access to the commercial and historic areas across the river.
