The nearest airport is Zafer Regional Airport (KZR), roughly 37–44 km away, a 45–50 minute drive. Flights are limited, so check the schedule beforehand. Eskişehir Hasan Polatkan (Anadolu University) Airport is about 63 km away. Sources disagree on a hotel shuttle: Hilton lists none, while Hotels.com shows a paid, on-request 24-hour transfer.

The hotel sits on Atatürk Boulevard, just off the D650 highway as it enters the centre of Kütahya. Dozens of restaurants and cafés lie within 300–400 m, and there is a supermarket in the lower floors of the same building. Germiyan Street is about a 12-minute walk (1.0 km), the Great Mosque and the Tile Museum about 13 minutes (1.2 km), and Kütahya Castle 1.6–2 km away (uphill; roughly 20 minutes on foot or 3–5 minutes by car). Kütahya railway station is a 22-minute walk and the intercity bus terminal (Çinigar) is around 3 km away. Eskişehir is about 60 km.

Airport transfer is listed at about EUR 39 per vehicle one way on Hotels.com, although Hilton's own site shows no shuttle, so confirm with the hotel. A card or cash deposit for incidentals is taken at check-in. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. One guest reported being charged for breakfast on a booking they believed included it, and another a double charge that was later refunded, so check your folio at check-out.
