IHG's first voco in Türkiye: a new 118-room, nine-storey city hotel in Konyaaltı's Arapsuyu neighbourhood, roughly 750–900 m from Konyaaltı Beach. Expect a modern urban base with a small outdoor pool and spa rather than a beachfront resort.

A large ultra all-inclusive resort opened in 2005 on 405,000 m² of pine forest in Belek, with a private beach, several pools, a spa with indoor pool and a big kids' club. Free unlimited access and shuttle to The Land of Legends theme park is its main differentiator; expect crowds in high season.

Days Inn by Wyndham Alanya occupies the upper floors of the Mall of Alanya shopping center in the Konaklı neighborhood, offering apartment-style rooms with kitchens rather than a classic resort setup. There is no on-site pool, but an arrangement with a nearby beachfront hotel gives guests access to the sea.

A 101-room Mercure that opened in September 2025, 200-250 m from Konyaaltı Beach. Outdoor pool, swim-up rooms and discounted private beach access make it a hybrid city-beach base; the hotel lists itself as 16+, so check the age policy before booking with children.

A 324-room beachfront all-inclusive in Kemer, about 1 km from the town centre and roughly an hour from Antalya Airport, opened under the DoubleTree by Hilton flag in 2018. Its lunchtime food trucks, sea pier and nightly stage shows are the main draws; the compact grounds, shallow outdoor pool, narrow pebble beach and entertainment noise until around midnight are the trade-offs.

A compact, adults-only (16+) all-inclusive Rixos on the Beldibi shore between the Taurus foothills and the sea, run with TUI Magic Life and strong on sports and fitness programming. The beach is narrow and pebbly (use the pier to swim), rooms are a uniform 33 m² with balconies, and stays include free access and transfers to The Land of Legends theme park.

An all-inclusive city resort on the clifftop next to Atatürk Culture Park, with lift access down to its own section of Konyaaltı Beach and free entry plus shuttle to The Land of Legends. The main pool is reserved for guests aged 16+, which limits pool options for families with older children.

A large ultra-all-inclusive family resort in Tekirova, set on 186,000 m² between Mount Tahtalı and the Mediterranean, with 14 restaurants, an aquapark, a kids' club and free access to The Land of Legends theme park. Lively and child-focused; not the pick for quiet or city proximity.

A 358-room all-inclusive family resort on Belek beach, reopened under the Rixos brand in April 2023 after a renovation of an older property. Its main draw is free entry and a shuttle to The Land of Legends theme park, backed by a sandy beachfront and a free kids' club; reviews repeatedly flag uneven service, a crowded main restaurant in peak season and some tired rooms in the older wings.

Wyndham Garden Antalya Konyaaltı is an 83-room apart-hotel in the Sarısu area of Konyaaltı district, opened in July 2026. The six-storey property offers kitchen-equipped rooms and loft suites (41-116 sqm), an outdoor pool, Turkish bath, sauna and gym, roughly 3 km from Konyaaltı Beach and 20 km from Antalya Airport.

A 192-room, adults-only Delta Hotels by Marriott property opened in 2024 on the cliffs of Şirinyalı, combining direct sea access with a relatively central Antalya location. It works well for couples and business travellers who want resort facilities without staying far outside the city, although standard rooms are compact at around 23 sqm.

A 395-room all-inclusive family resort in Antalya's Kundu strip, 330-500 m from its sandy beach with a private sunbed-and-pier setup. Aquapark, kids' club, mini disco and nightly animation make it squarely a family-entertainment property; guests praise the food variety and staff while occasionally faulting housekeeping - the second-line location is also why it undercuts beachfront Kundu prices.

A 348-room all-inclusive family resort (116 family suites) on the Kundu strip - formerly Lara Family Club, now under the Wyndham Garden flag next door to Ramada Resort Lara. Private beach 330 m away, an aquapark, tennis courts and a night club keep it squarely family-entertainment; the second-line location explains prices below beachfront Kundu, and some guests report weak bar service.

A 315-room clifftop property in Muratpaşa running an ultra all-inclusive concept, a few kilometres from Kaleiçi, with an infinity pool, a bathing platform below the cliffs and eight meeting rooms for up to 2,000 people. Note there is no sandy beach - sea access is via the platform - and guests repeatedly flag the undersized car park.

A large ultra all-inclusive family resort on the Türkler–İncekum coast west of Alanya, spread over 93,000 m² with a main block, an annex added in 2014, pool villas and wooden chalets. Its 600-metre private beach, several aquaparks and an on-site funfair are the main draws; the D400 coastal highway runs between the resort and the beach, which guests reach through an underground tunnel.

A 1,000-plus-room all-inclusive mega-resort on a 720-metre private beach in Beldibi, Kemer, opened in 2005 and run by Rixos since 2009. Built for families with children; its size brings both abundant facilities and long walks, queues and dated rooms.

The former Euphoria Tekirova reopened in August 2024 as Mövenpick's first resort in Turkey, with 383 rooms on 120,000 m², a 500-metre Blue Flag beach, four outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a water park and private-pool villas on an ultra all-inclusive basis. Antalya Airport is 70 km away and early-season reviews are mixed on service consistency.

A 10-storey, 194-room hotel facing Konyaaltı Beach, linked to the sand by a tunnel under the coastal boulevard, with indoor and outdoor pools and a sizeable spa. It works best as a beach base; the old town is about 7 km away, so expect to drive or take taxis.

A 290-room all-inclusive midscale resort across three blocks on the Gündoğdu-Çolaklı strip west of Side, with three outdoor pools (one with slides), an indoor pool, a private beach and a day spa. Solid value for family holidays, though guests note extra charges - including paid Wi-Fi - and some dated facilities; Side's ancient centre is about 10-12 km away.
